Privacy Policy

Last updated: October 14, 2026

Sport Fit Milwaukee ("Sport Fit", "we", "us") is a locally owned gym at 1134 N Jackson St, Milwaukee, WI 53202. This page explains what happens to your information when you visit our website.

The short version

• This website does not have accounts, and it does not ask you to type your personal details into any form of our own.
• Class booking, sign-ups, trial offers and payments are handled by Mindbody, a third-party service. Anything you enter there goes to Mindbody and to us as the studio.
• We do not sell your personal information.

Booking, schedule and payments (Mindbody)

Our class schedule, pricing, registration and booking forms on this site are provided by Mindbody and are shown inside our pages. When you use them, you give your information (such as your name, email, phone number and payment details) to Mindbody. We receive the details we need to run your membership and classes. Mindbody's handling of your data is covered by its own privacy policy: mindbodyonline.com/business/privacy-policy.

Other services this site uses

To work properly, our pages load content from a few other providers. When your browser loads them, those providers can receive technical information such as your IP address and browser type, under their own privacy policies:

• Mindbody (booking widgets, as above)
• Google (fonts and a published spreadsheet that holds some of our site text)
• YouTube (an embedded video, if shown)
• Instagram and Facebook (only if you click our social links; you then leave this site)

Information stored on your device

The site may save a small amount of information in your own browser, for example whether you closed an announcement bar or a small counter in a fun feature of the page. This stays on your device. We do not use it to identify you, and we do not run advertising or tracking cookies on this site.

If you contact us

If you email or message us, we use what you send only to reply to you and to run the gym. We do not share it for marketing by other companies.

Children

This website is for a general audience and is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13 through this site. Class registrations for a child must be completed by a parent or legal guardian. If you believe a child has given us personal information through this site, email luke@sportfitmke.com and we will delete it.

Your choices

You can ask us what information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it by emailing the address below. For information held by Mindbody, you can also contact Mindbody directly or manage your details in your account there.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. The date at the top shows when it was last changed.
